Preston Business Park
This limited street frontage site was designed placing a retail multi-tenant building fronting the busy street and office/showroom buildings on the rear of the site. All of the buildings are brick masonry construction.
Parker Professional Plaza
The site is planned to provide twin medical office buildings west of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano. Each building provides one level of private parking, below grade, for physicians and staff. The out parcels will be sold to retail, medical or financial users.
Senior Living Community
Designed to be an integral part of the natural landscape, this facility will be a rental community of cottages nestled under the canopy of mature trees. The entire site is secured with limited access after hours. Each cottage is a four-plex composed of one and two bedroom units all with porches. Reserved parking is provided adjacent to each unit.
Exxon
As an associate with JPJ Architects, Edwin Brantley Smith was the design / project manager for this master planning and design study for a private development for Exxon through 2035.

Texas A&M Corpus Christi
The existing campus was master planned for this college's growth through 2011. This plan has been generally implemented to date providing an exciting campus environment. Edwin Brantley Smith, as an associate at JPJ Architects, was responsible for the master plan design and documentation.

A land planning study near DFW airport combined multiple properties of different land owners to create a unified development.
