Summary: This new 12,800 gsf retail center is a neighborhood icon with local dentists offices, a dry cleaners and a mix of other locally attractive uses.Designed to represent a unique and upscale location, we used a combination of brick, limestone, steel and glass as the primary enclosure materials. The project was completed in 2017 and is fully leased.
